Exercise. If you are physically tired, you'll sleep better.

I'm not sure of your daily routine, but I make the bed every morning. Something about getting in a made bed opposed to an unmade bed works better for me. Also, we change the sheets once a week. Sunday, getting into fresh, clean and crisp sheets is such a great feeling (we also have some ridiculously awesome bed sheets we received as a gift).
