They can never win with some of you. They get thoroughly criticized for shows like First Take and His and Hers and people moan and groan for the good ol days when all they showed were highlights, and then they show nothing but made 3-pointers and that isn't good enough either.

I'm not necessarily bashing ESPN. I enjoy the channel still and I actually love First Take.
I just don't know what is so special about the three pointer. It's a common shot in the game. If it was some outrageous number of alley-oops, it'd be diffeent. Showing every three pointer in a basketball season is like showing every double a baseball team had in a season.
And then, why show it? Talk about it, sure but wasting all that time to actually show it seems lazy to me.
That's just me. I know others will disagree.
