With El Clasico upon us, it's worth noting BeIn is received by roughly 15% of American cable subscribers, and that's with tiered sports packages.

Meanwhile, dog shite teams from England and Germany have been featured on both NBC and FOX at various times.

And I should clarify, when I say shite England and Germany teams, I don't mean all of them

I mean Bournemouth, Darmstadt, etc.

beIN can eat shite, awful commentators awful coverage awful everything.

Unreal that it's 2016 and I either have to watch serie a on RAI international in standard definition, or rip a stream from Meadiaset/sky italia. Serie A has a billion dollar TV deal and the only time it's on in the states is on beIN IF Barca or Madrid aren't playing.

La Liga is like the Big 8 back in the 80's, top heavy. The SEC of the 80's was a much deeper and balanced league but lacked the quality at the top end. Oklahoma and Nebraska did not make up for the dross that was the Kansas schools, Missouri, Iowa State or Colorado.

Shorter, La Liga sux
