re: Anyone have a dog with EPI?

My mom has a dog with pancreas problems. It's a little 3lb chihuahua. Her dog has had it for at least half of her life. My mom has to sprinkle some powder on the dogs food before every meal and let it sit for maybe 30 minutes or so. It's not really an issue. The little dog is 13 now. As long as you medicate his food like the doc says he should be fine. It's not a death sentence at all.

To answer your question about if they always feel shitty or not. Not at all. They lead a normal life. You just have to keep them on their specific diet and can't give them snacks or anything.
