Actually, I think they're using those very numbers in the lawsuit, specifically that they out-generated the men by $20 million last year (which is skewed because one team played in a WC, one didn't, and which is why comparing FY15 to FY16 is more fair).
The only numbers they are questioning is how sponsorship and TV money is split, because US Soccer sells those without gender specification.
