Are you sure? They found weed in his system if I recall correctly.

THC can remain in the system for up to 67 days depending on metabolism. Do all people who smoke marijuana (days before) and ride a bicycle for transportation deserve to be decapitated by drunk drivers (0.307 percent)?
This wasn't Joseph Branch's first time either. He decided to pass a car which was driving in the left lane (because she saw the bicyclists) and he decided to pass aggressively. 100% his fault.
He also had a "going away" party with tons of alcohol before sentencing. Nice guy right?
