it's nothing spectacular, but it's a different style than woodlands courses ... decent shape ... windy and very open ...

Bring lots of balls. I haven't played since Tillman bought and renovated it from the city of Galveston, but prior to that there was water on 16/18 holes.

Story of the thread..............there is a shite LOAD of great golf in Houston.

People say Dallas is a better golf town than Houston.

I don't see it.
