Midway through cooking in the festival I tell myself I'm never doing it again. But then when I'm done and can sit down and enjoy a beer, I can't wait to do it again.

Exactly. I know several people didn't make it through their heat. Gotta hydrate and unfortunately not with beer.

I lost my partner last year so I'm not sure I'll be participating this year. Hope I can pick someone up before then.
