Maybe in the future, but for now there are still IMGs getting spots in the most competitive specialties. I agree that it's getting tougher and tougher, but if you ace your boards, and do some electives at the hospital of your choice, it's still possible.

My personal residency program has never even interviewed a Caribbean grad (or a DO), and there are many other programs that can say the same. 5-10 years ago the Caribbean was okay, but things are changing.
