I agree, don't want littering just think there is a thin line between limiting rights of property owners and handling up on spring breakers breaking existing laws.

Aggies are the scum of the earth. Can't step on their grass but they will gladly leave trash where ever they go. They probably used the trash cans for kegs without realizing they could just put it in sand. fricking shoobies.
