This is why I hate the saying "there are no stupid questions". Did you even bother reading your lease agreement?

Don't have access to it tonight ... This particular lease is different than the other leases I have and I'm 99% positive it states nothing relating to losing security deposits when the lease is broken ... I am just wondering if anyone knows what Louisiana law states
