Meh, this was one of Drew's worst teams in his tenure. They just were never able to put it fully together at any point this season. Never even had a big win this season. They've been to two Elite 8s in recent years and lost to the national champion both years. I would kill for LSU to sniff even that level.
Not his worst team but certainly not his best. Average season for an average coach. Every loss this year was to a tournament team. Then again we didn't beat anyone. Lose 3x to Kansas, 2x to OU, loss to Oregon and A&M. We did beat WVU once and ISU 2x but they aren't elite programs this year (on the level of KU, OU, or Oregon).

I mean isn't Drew rated top 10 in offensive efficiency over the last few years and that's against consistently top 10 SOS every year? Thought I read that somewhere. With the consistency he's had and the highs he's had, I'd definitely classify him as an above average coach personally. He's not elite by any stretch of the imagination, but most schools probably wish they had him.
