I think the shooter being a woman will help her case, especially if it went to a trial. A jury will have more sympathy. But it really matters where/how she shot him. If he never left or climbed back in, I think she is clear. But if he was going out the window and she shot him in the back, she's in trouble. I'll be interested to hear all the details if/when they ever come out..
