Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation were from Germany. The Germans converted very early on. You're mostly correct on the other nationalities, especially the Spanish influence. A major tenant of the Spanish Conquest was to spread Catholicism after they finally won their nation back from the Muslims in the final (and only successful) Crusade.
