If I order a espresso drink, definitely. If I know them, then yes too.
But if I am getting a cup of drip, maybe a quarter.
I have a friend that is a barista, and she clears $50k a year. Its not a bad gig. She does work at one of the hottest coffee shops in denver.

hell no. same as anyone else at a counter who hands me something that i bought.
