This is how I feel regarding the SG position too. Hield fits perfectly. I believe the Pels will ended up picking between 8-13 and Hield will be the only player on the board in that range that will make an immediate impact on the roster.

Oh yes that win now no time to develop young guys mentality that has worked so well "He can contribute now even tho their are guys who have the potential to be better than him" that short term thinking is why we are the position we are in now.
