crossbreed has supertuck and minituck go with minituck for the smaller pistol?

I don't have any experience with the minituck. If your pistol is listed under the Supertuck, I would consider that one first, if you're leaning that way.

What I like about the Comp-tac Minotaur (MTAC) - is that you can get the holster set up and drop $25 for a spare body to fit another pistol. So, while a Supertuck is cheaper for a single set up, the MTAC has the potential to be more flexible over time. It is largely subjective, but some folks prefer Crossbreed to Comp-tac on comfort, while other reviews go the other way.

Personally, I don't have a strong preference either way. I have worn both, but I have also carried concealed all kinds of ways over the years - most commonly in a off-brand slide holster in the small of the back. Not ideal, but I never had to draw in anger from that configuration, either.

I can't recommend the Minituck - only because I have no experience with it. It is $2 cheaper - I wouldn't necessarily pick it over their Supertuck flagship, unless you're smaller than average or just value the reduced profile of the leather portion of the holster setup. Keep in mind, that will likely affect comfort.

Carry safely.

ETA: Now that I look at it, Minituck might be better, overall, if you're going shirt tucked most of the time, if you have a smaller gun they make it for. I would compare some reviews of that configuration before deviating from the tried and true Supertuck.
