And I don't think its hard to envision at all. Especially with LSU students frequenting downtown far more, IBM going there, and Tiger Land going to complete shite.

When are they going downtown?

They arent going during the day during the week, they dont go during weekdays at night, and they dont go much during the weekends.

Downtown 3rd street on weekend nights is filled with central, zachary, baker etc people. During the week its a ghost town.

And the Water Campus is along the route and already under construction.
