Private sessions 9-4 at $70/hr = $490
Classroom sessions 5-9, 25 desks at $25 per for 2 hours = $1050
Assuming he works 5 days/week for privates = $2450, works 40 weeks out of the year = $98,000
Assuming he does group sessions for 5 classes x 4 exams per semester = 21,000 per semester, 42,000 per year
$140k/year, 10s of thousands of which are unreported

He started charging 30 per session. The dude is making serious money. Every session is packed.
