My problem with every variation of this helmet is that the dark band across the lower back makes it look like those California Highway Patrol motorcycle helmets the guys used to wear on the old TV show CHiPs. So when I see it, my first thought is always "bad 70s TV."

Looks much better with an aircraft carrier hologram..and gold anchor.
