Does anyone on this board believe the NCAA football game will ever be brought back? Or do you see another company such as 2K trying to bring it back

I see it coming back, just not sure who will be making it. It may not ever come back with actual player names or likeness, but with technology and the right people, the roster vaults will be used and will be amazing.

Id like to see 2k try their hands at it again. I vaguely remember their versions of NCAA back in the early 2000s. Don't remember if they were good or not (i was 10-11 years old)...but i do know espn nfl 2k5 is still one of my favorite football games ever.

an NCAA series with loads of customization, actual ability to play defense, a playoff system that you can edit, a dynasty mode where you can hand pick your staff, ect would be great. i play NCAA 14 almost every day and There's just so much missing when it comes to depth.

ESPN NFL 2k5 for sure is my favorite football game of all time.

The only reason I still have a 360 is to play NCAA 14. NCAA is way more fun than the Madden series in my opinion.

Depends on if fans are willing to change the Baton Rouge Bandits to the LSU Tigers the same way they loaded in the real player names.

I was thinking that 2K could throw a huge curve just to get some huge buzz about college football back on their side. Make a 50 team DII game with generic rosters and a 15 year legacy mode. Outside of graphics, the game would be cheap to make because those licenses should be cheap as frick.

Just make it to where every single thing is customizable. From your uniforms to your stadium. The community would kill for this and they would make everything legit. That's right up 2ks alley.

hell, they wouldnt even have to start off with real teams as long as they let you edit everything.
and for the love of god PLEASE give us full control over scheduling and the ability to create or dismantle conferences.
drove me insane that the last several EA games wouldnt even let change up your conference schedule (old ones let you play the same team 12 times if you wanted) and then forced you to keep at least one team in a conference (which meant you ALWAYS had to have at least one independent team)

My suggestion is that EA keeps pushing updates for everything they can that is not controlled by the NCAA.
Every year release stadium and uniform updates. Hell I'd even be willing to pay $20 or so each year for that. The NCAA community can handle everything with the rosters/coaches etc.
