This is completely it.

They have weight classes for a reason. Him not having legs is basically a way for him to compete in a lower weight class. He can be a huge dude with a much bigger, stronger upper body and would normally outweigh his opponents by like 50 lb, but because he has no legs he technically weighs the same.

i think he's 6'4" with his legs on, competing in he 145 lb class
