I am HARDLY the king of pumpers. Joe Lunardi still has LSU as a tournament team...we are a bubble team. Sorry that many many people cannot see that, thus spew dumb shite, which I then must correct. I watch basketball nightly, there are so many shitty teams out there that are bubble teams
It is nice to see people so excited we lost, though.

Again no one is excited. We've been doing a lot this year with smoke and mirrors. Our PG productivity is horrific, the perimeter D is terrible, FTs are an issue. I mean teams are capitalizing on our weaknesses and CJJ can't seem to push the right buttons.
That zone D killed any chance of winning the game last night. They were torching us and we stuck with it.

I agree with much of the OP's analysis. Last night was a horrible performance. Victor played well while actually participating. Hornsby is the only remotely consistent guard. Sure some games are better than others with Keith. Hopefully Sampson will get better next year, but he isn't there yet and may never be. The other three guards in game performances are akin to being Bi-Polar. Unfortunately LSU needs at least one to play well to win and two of them to play well to look good in winning. I'm sorry but Aaron, Elbert, Brian, and Darcy simply are not very good to be polite and sadly only Aaron has much potential. Ben is unique and very talented, but needs Craig in the game and two or three guards playing well for LSU to win. I agree that JJ is an average coach at best. If the Tigers win four more games I think they slide in and five more would cement that. I doubt three wins will do it and I'm including the SEC tourney.

Statements like this are where you're gonna lose people.
