I want my bench to get to 335 and my goal is a 500 pound squat by the end of the year, got a ways to go... I hit 295 easily today so I think I can hit ~315.

Did military press, Arnold press, and single arm cable rows. Short day but glad i got something in.
My legs are destroyed from 3 days a week of hitting them right now. frick mid range pause squats and rear foot elevated pause split squats.
