The best average I could find for Louisiana ACT scores range between 19 and 21 depending on the year.
15.6 to 17 for Black students
19 21 for Ahite students
22 to 23.5 for Asians
Hispanics don't matter
Well if the goal is to reduce TOPS strain on the budget this will get the ball rolling.

You should only be allowed into community college with those scores. I think I could score a 23 high as frick.
