No. No it is not.
There are many more egregious wastes that need to be addressed first. Stop fixing ALL the problems of off my hard work. How about fixing some of the corporate and social welfare abuse first.

Its a waste of money when you only have two universities in the state that have over a 50% graduation rate.
In case you wondering that stat is for the white students.
