When you spend several hundred thousand a month .025 sales tax is huge

How about cutting spending even if it means pay cuts and lay offs of government workers.
If you own a business and have a budget shortfall you can't increase cost of service to cover that or you won't be in business very long.
I don't understand why governments can manage a budget. Those elected are supposed to be the best and brightest right??
