I agree morally it is 100% correct that it should be legal but I doubt it would help economically in certain states and think in some cities and states it would do much more harm than good. I like the medical MJ system personally because anyone with half a brain and no record can get a card and smoke legally but it still allows the idiots to get arrested so it protects the good people while still punishing the idiots which doesn't upset the economy too much.
