To all of you who think amending the Constitution is a solution, how is that going to provide funding where there is none? All that does is change the rules to allow cuts to this or that sector (health care and education are the only areas currently open to cuts)...
that amendment does nothing to raise revenues or provide money to pay teachers. Our pockets are empty, what's coming earmarked to pay teachers less than that is going out. If it is a problem now, it's still going to be a problem in 2016 at these oil prices.
Teachers and administrators are not going to keep going to school and be paid for in your prayers, now are they???
