Obviously, there are more white people, but look at what percentage of the black population are on food stamps compared to whites.

In East Baton Rouge Parish 3% of the white residents use a SNAP/EBT card compared to 32% fro black residents.
Orleans Parish is the same,
Caddo Parrish it is 7% white and 35% of blacks.
