I mean honestly....shouldn't yall have seen the writing on the wall?
I mean, Louisiana has been struggling with budget stuff regarding healthcare and education for how long now? After hearing about cut after cut after cut to the education budget, wouldn't anyone have wondered "Gee, wonder how much longer they can afford TOPS?"
