Tom Moore and Peyton developed the offense together and honed it over the years. Moore began by giving Manning 3 plays to choose from at the line of scrimmage and eventually Manning basically got to the line and called whatever play he felt was best. When he got to the Broncos, they threw out the old playback and fully adopted the Manning playback, resulting in 37, 55, and 39 touchdowns the first 3 years. Kubiak came in and completely changed the offense to something Manning was very unfamiliar with and for which they did not have the personal. Manning probably has a decent 2015 (maybe 25 TD's and 12 interceptions, say) if they ran his old offense.
