Do you think you could make it from Baton Rouge to Bellingham, Washington in a 2000 model 4runner with 250,000 miles on it

Don't see why not. I pulled a trailer behind an Isuzu Rodeo all the way from Louisiana to Haines, AK.

Oh shite. It's literally the worst large town/small city in Alaska. It's a depressing place, a native hub on the Kuskokwim River and they do not like white people.
I'd move to Idaho before I'd live in Bethel long term. I could probably survive two months. It's the worst place to get your introduction to Alaska.
