I would love to get some advice:
We currently have Spectrum and the price keeps increasing. We're now at $228/month for cable + 400mbs internet. I get HBO, SHO, and Max. I can live without Max.
I have Netflix and Prime. I have a Roku Ultra and a Fire TV Cube.
I want to dump Spectrum so what's my best way to go, especially for live sports on Network TV? I have the AMEX Plat so I can now get the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle for "free" as I get a $20/month credit. I don't know how well an antenna works in Hawaii, so is there another option for local channels? What if I did want to DVR a Saints or LSU game that comes on CBS/NBC/ABC? I guess I'd need to pay for HBO Max too, unless there's a better option to get HBO? I can get 1gb fiber from a different provider for $75 unless there's other thoughts.
I own a MFH. I live upstairs and have 2 separate 1BR units downstairs. One tenant only uses streaming. The other loves sports and watches lots of live TV/Sports.
For my tenant who does watch TV/Sports I would need to get a box of some sort down there too right? Best option?
TIA

Digging a little deeper into this:
-Get 1gb fiber for $75
-Get Hulu (no ads) + HBO Max for $8 (I get $20 credit from AMEX Plat)
-Get an HD Antenna for local channels and live network TV
Questions:
-Best way to get live sports outside of network TV from the antenna? I mainly watch college/NFL football and playoff basketball, but also watch Tennis and Golf.
-What's the best way to have a TV guide and to DVR antenna channels?
-Just buying my tenants a Firestick or Roku seems like the best way, correct? Do I need multiple antennas?

I need advice too. My bill with Cox just went up to $247 and I am READY. What will my cost be with just keeping the internet? $100? If I get youtubetv then my total should be $165ish? Is it that simple? I’m in an apartment complex so my options are limited.
What is this panoramic Wi-Fi I’m hearing about? My wifi already shoots everywhere in my apartment.
