Just wanted to touch on the June 1st thing since I see it mentioned.
You are only allowed to designate two June 1st cuts prior to June 1st.
The extra cap savings also don't kick in until June 1st so it doesn't help in the early portion (the busiest period and when the big names are signed) of free agency.

Right, we have to be under the cap on the first day of the league year. Also, it should only be the top 51 for that date
But we still should have the space to stretch out some FA deals assuming that more moves are on the way (and they are).
