Einstein was wrong on many things. If someone is talking about stuff based on einstein, then don't waste your time reading/listening to it.

Of course he was wrong on many things. He developed tens of thousands of theories, tested them, and moved on. I don't care about most of that garbage, but to point out that he was wrong as a form of gotcha is so idiotic.

Name one scientist who was never wrong about something. Go ahead, try.

Science works because it invites the possibility of being proven wrong. That's the entire underlying principle of science--that you test a hypothesis by trying to prove it wrong, by trying to find some way to discard the hypothesis. Only when you are unable to do so do you begin to seriously consider that the hypothesis may have been correct.

Read more about the scientific method before giving advice to people about which scientists to believe.
