I know we aren't coaches, and it's his team and he can do whatever he wants with it. His biggest flaw so far has been his unwillingness to adapt and try to play to his players strengths. He doesn't do much to try and makes his quarterbacks comfortable, while they're usually having to start as underclassmen in a foreign offense that they've never been in before.

Les has to come out of the 1970's this year and evolve at least at a small percentage. LSU carries good expectations going into every season, and this is another high hope year. Last year was the closest he's came to losing his job since he's been here. I hope it helped him realize that something has to be done.
