Thanks for the responses so far, good to hear other perspectives and what to expect. As for the three questions the doctor asked liugaming, I would be answering no to all three of those questions as I am not currently married or even in a relationship. Do you think there are doctors who would actually say they wouldn't do it in my situation?

Can doctors actually decline to do it even if I am completely committed to it?

Yes. They can use potential liability as an excuse. People in your situation might change their mind and sue them later.
