I've never heard Phil advocate genocide. Slayer had giant upsidedown crosses hanging from the ceiling and King Diamond had a giant, light up pentagram for a background. Not to mention Slayer's numerous anti Christian songs and Ghost's pro Satan songs. Why is that allowed if they are so worried about offending people?

Look, I'd say it's obvious the guy isn't an actual Nazi. Having said that, he did throw a Nazi salute in public. I don't know what else to add to that to make it seem like the venue was acting reasonably and rationally in their own self interest.

You'd have to ask them. Perhaps it's because most people know (at least with Slayer) that it's pure theatrics?
