Sounds like an excellent opportunity. I wish I could provide some good LA references but I live in SC! You might want to talk to your accountant or any accountant friend/family you know and see if they have some ideas. An accountant with a diverse client base of businesses likely has connections/resources that could provide some good leads. Also, as much as I hate dealing with attorneys, if you can find one that does corporate work on things like operating agreements, contracts, service agreements etc, that might help get the ball moving for you.
