A 2010 M3 can be easily bought in the 30-35K range, but that's not a car I would recommend for the OP's use.

I love the M3 coupe but as I have owned a BMW out of warranty, no way! Beautiful car though.
On the Challengers, just not a fan of Dodge products. Besides, with the new indy rear suspension and performance package, it's my understanding the pony car handles better.
