I wouldn't pay much attention to the MSRP. I bought a new 2014 FX4 Screw with an MSRP of north of 54K for right at 40 before my trade.

Not sure about Louisiana dealers but I bought mine at Nalley Ford in Atlanta and they were ready to make a deal.
