Completely agree. I'm well aware that some people view their refunds as a savings account, and that is fine, but I still don't see why it should be celebrated.
"Hey, I can't save money whatsoever so I just leave my tax withholdings at Single and 0 so I can get a refund check and a new TV every year."
Upvotes and celebration ensue.
