Y'all spend an insane amount of time at the gym.

I do two days a week. Full body each time and I split them with pick up basketball in between.

Each work out is:
Chest/back (3 x pyramids 10/8/6). And I superset them. So I do chest set. Then back set. Then chest again. Repeat
Legs/chest superset
Back/legs superset
Abs
