Every team that is fouling at the end of the game, whether its on the ball or off the ball is an intentional foul. Why are we just focusing on the hack a player fouls? Every single one of those fouls are on purpose, should they all be two shots and the ball? I am in favor of enforcing existing rules. I wish they would start with intentional fouls and traveling.

I agree. What happened was they told the refs long ago to not call intentional fouls because it would take away potential comebacks at the end of the game. So the people that like hack-a-shaq/Deandre Jordan are actually the ones that are changing the rules
