you can only buy something before you buy the house if it's:
1. off craigslist
2. from GREAT neighborhood
3. sold dirt cheap
all 3 yes, then grab.
I grabbed a 1920's(lable) dining table with 4 new chairs(3-5 years)....for $100 from a house on LSU lakes.
That IMO is worth it, the other garbage, "I bought 6 years ago for $700, asking $450" frick that!
