I only ask because I met a guy who was a football player (pro but not NFL) and has since become a lobbyist. When I met him, it was very hectic and wasn't the right place to ask a question like that.
My buddy who introduced me to the guy later told me he has some kind of personal connection. I was honstesly just curious as to how much you could make.

Depends. I know some oil guys who make 200k-300k. I know a lady who owns a lobby firm representing various groups and she makes over a million a year. It depends on the client and how many clients you have.
