What funds to choose for my retirement accounts?

I currently have 3 accounts for retirement.
1. Roth IRA with Vanguard Target Retirement 2060 Fund (27 years old). Around $13k
2. 401k with Voya Financial through work. Put it in what I felt was the closest to the VTSMX fund with Vanguard. Right around $11k
3. About to rollover an old 401k into Vanguard or my current 401k. Leaning towards Vanguard. Around $9k
My question is what funds would be recommended for each of these 3 accounts? Should I add some kind of international or bond fund to diversify or just keep it as is and throw the old 401k in the VTSMX fund and then VTSAX when it hits 10k?
