And? That's like saying Michael Vick didn't have great QB skills. He was just really fast. I think Vick was pretty good in college.
Would Simmons be as effective if he was 6-2? No. Guess what, though. He is in fact 6-10. Last time I checked, they don't adjust PPG to relative to height.

LSU has lost a lot of games already, most to teams you would not think are better than LSU is. Certainly not significantly better. Simmons being as elite as he is, doesn't seem to be creating wins. And in an interesting observation, his dominating stats are not necessarily the reason they have beaten some of the better teams they played. If Quarterman doesn't go off, we likely lose to Kentucky.
I'm not saying Simmons is not a good player, but he isn't what he was built up to be.
