I got a SB6141 modem and Netgear R6300 router.
I see very little difference in anything so far.
What do you mean by very little difference? Is it not any faster, no better range, connectivity issues, etc. Also, do you know what test speeds you were seeing before and after the upgrade?
Also, have you updated the firmware for the modem and router?

Setting it up was very easy, and i didn't need to call Cox to get it done.
I was only getting a good signal in the farthest bedroom before, and i've got a very strong signal now, so that's better.
Other than that, speed tests show the same thing, but surfing the web is no faster than before.
I had 50Mbps before, just upgraded to 100 and the difference is somewhat noticeable now.
Main reason i wanted it was b/c the Cisco was always going out and overheating and couldn't get a good signal in the back bedroom.
I think my work computer is just a piece of crap. I'm two walls and a hall (maybe 8 feet at most) away from the router and my internet is still slow.
And yes i did update the firmware on the modem and router.
